Please Plant Me Mowing Service - Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Please Plant Me Mowing Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full on the day of service.

  • A valid credit or debit card must be saved on file for all recurring customers.

  • Any invoices not paid on the day of service will incur a late fee of 2% of the total invoice amount, whichever is greater.

  • If payment is not received within 7 days, services may be suspended until the account is paid in full.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the scheduled service fee**.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

 

4. Service Limitations & Property Access

  • Customer must ensure all obstacles, such as furniture, vehicles, toys, and pet waste, are cleared from the lawn prior to service.

  • If the property is inaccessible at the scheduled time, the full-service fee will be charged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, including but not limited to aggressive animals, hazardous terrain, or inclement weather.

 

5. Damage & Liability

  • While we take every precaution to avoid damage, Please Plant Me Mowing Service is not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or any unseen property hazards.

  • Customers must disclose any known property hazards before service is rendered.

  • Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

 

6. Service Modifications & Termination

  • Customers may modify service frequency with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, repeated cancellations, or failure to adhere to these terms.

 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are provided.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the county of service.
